Return and Refund Policy
ORDER AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION:
Unfortunately, once payment has been accepted, we cannot amend your order in the following ways: changing the size / colour of an item, removing an item, adding an item, or changing payment method.
We may be able to cancel your order or change the delivery address if you contact us shortly after placing it. However, this is not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made. To increase your chances, please reach out to Spirit of Shankly as quickly as possible after placing your order.
When getting in touch with SoS, please quote your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. If you are needing to amend your delivery address, please also provide the correct address in your email/message. Any of this information not provided will delay your request and increase the likelihood that we are unable to cancel or amend the address before it ships.
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however we will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order, should you wish for an exchange or refund. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Please include your order number and name with any return
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as, gift cards and downloadable software products.
If you choose to return an item, the costs are to be met by the customer.
