Final joy for fans Spirit of Shankly were upset to be told that some of our fans and members had been scammed. They bought tickets for flights to Doha, for the Club World Cup final, to then find there were no such tickets. On hearing the news we contacted representatives of the Qatar Supreme Committee - the authority we and LFC had worked with previous to the tournament. The Spirit of Shankly Cup December 1 2019 marks the 60th anniversary of Bill Shankly agreeing to become manager of Liverpool FC. He took over two weeks later on December 14.
