Public meeting to discuss ticket changes
Last year, LFC announced a change to their supporter engagement. Alongside the appointment of Tony Barrett as Head of Club and Supporter Liaison, they established five fan forums to consult and engage on issues that affect us. Spirit of Shankly have representatives on each of these forums and, as always, we will continue to put forward the views of our members and fan interests.
Many of you will know at the most recent meeting of the Ticket Availability Forum, the club raised the issue of season-ticket amnesty and the questions this prompts: what should they do about empty seats, who holds and uses their tickets, ticket sharing and away-ticket credits.
This has, of course, provoked huge concerns for supporters: what exactly does it mean, its purpose and all the changes this will bring.
In order for SOS to put forward fully our members concerns and opinions we are calling a public meeting to discuss and gather feedback.
The meeting is open to all and will take place on Saturday 3rd March 2018, ahead of the home match versus Newcastle, starting at 1:00pm at The Church, Oakfield Road, Anfield.
We will publish an agenda beforehand, but if you have any comments or anything you would like to be included, please email: [email protected] by Thursday 1st March.
